To Return an item for exchange or refund you must contact customer service at 800-326-0726 for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) Orders must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original new condition and in it's original packaging.
If an item has been damaged in shipping you MUST keep the original packaging and contact Customer Service within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange to have the item picked up and returned to us.
Upon receipt of the returned item we will contact you to determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted.
For exchanges there are no restocking fees applicable. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
For returns buyer pays a 20% restocking fee and return shipping. Again item ordered must be returned in it's original condition and packaging.
